About the team
We are the strategic operation team with team members based globally to serve the logistics and supply chain service for E-commerce businesses. We want to connect, support and serve for all operations, solutions and product teams within Global E-commerce Logistics.

This role is based in London
- Drive the deployment of operations country wise, and build partnerships with key players in logistics and/or sellers;
- Conduct market and industry research, create operation plans to address issues and hedge the risks caused by market or policy changes if needed;
- Responsible for the SOP and operation performance indicator (KPI) of service vendors, and the strategic corporation with business partners;
- Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced, and continuously improve the key metrics of productivity, service quality, cost-effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with supply chain operation management background
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in e-commerce marketplace Logistics solution design or operations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure alignment
- Self-motivated and results driven, able to collaborate and the ability to influence stakeholders
- Fluent in Arabic to work with Arabic-speaking merchants and 3PLs.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced in logistics solution design & build-up;
- Experienced in SOP design and logistics partner management;
- Solid data analysis skills with a strong business sense;
- Good understanding of the KSA market, with work experience is preferred.

  • Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training

  • Help to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, a high level of ownership, and a commitment to leading by example. Capable of developing expertise in all operational processes.

  • Able to analyze data, motivate team members to excel, and, most importantly, consistently place the customer at the center of all decision-making.

  • Willing and able to work weekends and provide overtime support as needed (AM & PM).

  • Flexible with scheduling, including night shifts and variable work hours.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

  • High school or equivalent

  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experience
