Job Description
We are looking for a mid-career attorney with proven expertise in litigation to handle complex cases, advise clients, and represent them in court. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with significant experience in commercial disputes, business law, and regulatory compliance, and must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in commercial litigation cases in Saudi courts, arbitration panels, and regulatory bodies.
· Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
· Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with a high degree of accuracy and precision.
· Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients regarding their commercial disputes.
· Manage all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation negotiations to trial and appeal stages.
· Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
· Liaise with government entities, ministries, regulatory authorities, and relevant departments to facilitate approvals and maintain stakeholder relationships.
· Keep up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents affecting commercial litigation in Saudi Arabia.
