- Demonstrates strong communication skills, a high level of ownership, and a commitment to leading by example. Capable of developing expertise in all operational processes.
- Able to analyze data, motivate team members to excel, and, most importantly, consistently place the customer at the center of all decision-making.
- Willing and able to work weekends and provide overtime support as needed (AM & PM).
- Flexible with scheduling, including night shifts and variable work hours.

Basic Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Fluent in English language (Spoken/Written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering related fields
