**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Coordinates visa processing between the Hospital and Employment Department. Maintains and controls visa block stock and records consumption and demand.
- Obtains and processes visa for locums, others visiting the Kingdom for Hospital business and for dependents and family member. Considers the changes in circumstances and changes in plans.
- Ensures and verifies resident visas and visas for maids as requested by Hospital employees.
- Liaises with the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Submits required data and reports. Maintains awareness of changing requirements regarding visas.
- Hands-carries documents to Ministries, Royal Cabinet, and other government agencies and retrieves documents when processing is complete.
- Complies with Government requirements related to visa activities including extension for expired exit/re-entry visa.
- Ensures all requirements for obtaining visas are completed.
- Maintains and tracks sponsorship visas for local employment purposes.
- Contacts related agencies and governmental sections as needed to solve problems related to Hospital employees encountering any delay in processing their visas.
- Files and assists with the development of updating the filing system of visa activities.
- Coordinates with all Hospital departments and employees regarding visa issues.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration or other related discipline is required.
**Experience Required**:
Three (3) years of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree or five (5) years with Associate Degree/ Diploma is required.
**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
- Saudi Male Only.
- Valid Driving License is required.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a Female Liaison Officer at Nielsen, you will help create, build, and maintain relationships with clients. It is a people person’s dream. Responsible for the face-to-face introduction of Nielsen and its Field Technicians to panel members. Effectively communicates with selected members of the public to gain their trust and cooperation for building relationships necessary to maintain a high quality research panel.
**ROLE DETAILS**:
- Provides initial in-home greeting of panel members prior to meter installation.
- Provides thorough explanation of the installation process involving Nielsen metering hardware and software to all members of the home.
- Work to overcome objections from panel homes by providing detail and assurances about the research task.
- Provide follow-up visits to panel homes in order to foster and maintain cooperation according to company procedure.
- Collect panel household information and updates where necessary (e.g. demographic, lifestyle, privacy agreements, etc.)
- Execute standard operating procedures to ensure panel quality and security is maintained.
- Manage assigned assets in order to maintain panel households and quality (computer, mobile phone, etc.).
- Liaise with quality control, panel management, and recruitment staff to maintain panel quality, cooperation, and performance.Provide first support to the field staff.
- Assist with field job bookings and appointment confirmation as required.
- Provide on-going training to panel homes and coaching of new members.
**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:
- Strong, verbal and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service / relationship-building skills and results orientation.
- Computer general knowledge and skills.
- Language proficiency - local dialects, English B1 or higher.
- Ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a quality, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment
- Willingness to spend defined proportion of time travelling (in the field)
- Ability to work remotely, individually, and in a team environment
- Result oriented with aptitude for continuous process improvements
- Business acumen
- Ability to train, support, coach, and motivate others
