Responsibilities

Major Job Activities:

  • Provide administration, installation, operation, and maintenance on all USAFCENT-supported networks and support day-to-day technical operations of the network control center (NCC). This support includes working with USAFCENT NOSC to integrate the deployed locations’ local networks into the USAFCENT Enterprise Network, supporting organizational client system technicians on local area network (LAN) and personal computer issues, and working with any other agency to provide the services required.
  • Engineer, install, and maintain network equipment to support new and emerging requirements.
  • Provide responsive services to include real-time network-level configuration control, network restoration, quality control and performance standards, status reporting, master station log (MSL), and other actions required by policies, responsibilities, and operational procedures IAW the SPIN-C.
  • Support all NOSC-deployed projects.
  • Maintain a help desk IAW the SPIN-C and local procedures. The help desk provides the focal point for all user issues and job tracking. Maintain, load, and administer the basic computer platform, software, firmware, and hardware. The help desk shall act as the first level of support for desktop and network issues. Any incident that cannot be resolved will be escalated to the NCC and then the NOSC. Tasks shall include:
    • Systems management, monitoring, and sustainment.
    • Hardware repair for PCs and peripheral equipment.
    • Assist base user population in software installation, maintenance, and sustainment.
    • Compliance with all associated guidance and directives in the SPIN-C.

Nalco water, an Ecolab Company, has an immediate need for a District Representative in our Downstream group. You will be primarily responsible for revenue and profit growth of Nalco water programs and services in targeted accounts within the Oil and Gasindustries. You will be required to take a consultative sales approach with a primary emphasis on strong account leadership skills and retention of strategic Nalco water accounts. In addition, you must build long-term relationships with a large customer base by understanding their key business drivers, executing system assurance programs, and selling new technologies.

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with current and new customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and new customers, including plant or facility executives.
  • Generate and execute sales plans in assigned customer base and new customer accounts to meet defined territory profit increase goals.
  • Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer complaints, escalating as required.
  • Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
  • Actively sell and support Nalco water innovations and technology in assigned customers to promote long-term business relationships with Nalco water.
  • Possible travel within assigned sales territory

Position Details

  • Candidate must reside in: Jubail City
  • Route territory will include: Eastern Province
  • Work week and shift: Normal duty (8 hr/day – 5 days/week). Shift duty: during emergency or customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 25% overnight travel required to support sales territory
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • No immigration sponsorship offered for this role

Physical Demands

  • Must have the ability to Lift/Push/Pull/Carry up to 55 pounds chest high.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial), or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.)
  • 1+years of successful technical sales or field sales support experience
  • 1+ years of experience directly related to well service stimulation business preferred
  • Experience in oil and gas industry preferred
  • Previous Refinery/Petrochemical experience
  • Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
  • Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
  • High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems)
  • History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation
  • Prior experience that required excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience that required excellent organizational skills
  • Account leadership experience that includes calling on multilevel plant or facilities management to accomplish company goals
  • Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

Provides technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement of electrical products. Checks, tests, and troubleshoots electrical systems for conformance to specifications; performs repair, removal, and reinstallation of wiring as necessary. Cuts wire to length, strips insulation, and insulates connections with plastic sleeves. Attaches wires or complex electrical systems to fixtures and accessories such as transformers, instrument panels, and switchboards using appropriate fasteners. Monitors and verifies quality according to statistical process or other control procedures.

Qualifications
  • Security clearance: Secret
  • High School diploma with 6-9 years of experience or equivalent
  • Meet certification requirements of DoD 8570.01-M, including Security+
  • Microsoft-Certified Technology Specialist (SharePoint and SharePoint Server) and Microsoft-Certified Information Technology - SharePoint Administrator
  • Lead-level experience in installation, repair, troubleshooting of VTC systems, solving complex problems, understanding circuit interrelationships, and exercising independent judgment in communications systems support
  • Expertise in maintaining/troubleshooting TMS software; Cisco devices (Codecs, MCUs, enterprise network devices); Cisco CR Codecs; Cisco desktops; Control systems (Extron, AMX, Crestron); Audio subsystems; Media devices; Multimedia displays
