About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Director/Head of Legal to lead and scale the legal team, driving strategic legal initiatives to support the organisation's rapid growth.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the Executive team and report to the Group CFO.
  • Lead and manage the Legal Department, including mentoring and supervising a team of at least two legal professionals.
  • Oversee all legal matters including commercial contracts, employment law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including SaaS contracts, licensing, NDAs, and partnership agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in law; Master's or legal certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of total legal experience, with at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience leading a Legal team of 2 or more
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in technology, Software or SaaS sectors.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS contracts and licensing models is a strong plus
