:
- +5 years of relevant experience in In-house Legal, contracts and commercial management in international environment with exposure to FIDIC contracts, Public Procurement contracts, Corporate Laws and Trade compliance.
- Practical experience in KSA legal systems and Laws, Civil Law and Common law and comparative legal practices and exposure to Middle East legal environment.
QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
:
Bachelor or Master Degree in laws (Private Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law) or in Business administration, engineering or similar.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Proficiency in English (written & verbal)
- Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts, Public Procurement contracts, Corporate Laws, and Trade Compliance

As Lenovo expands its commercial operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a highly skilled, seasoned, and native Arabic-speaking contract lawyer to join our Global Contract Team (GCT) EMEA. In this key role, you will provide expert contract support and legal risk assessment, partnering closely with internal stakeholders both locally and across Lenovo's global business teams. Key Responsibilities

- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies when necessary and manage relationships to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.
- Keep the leadership team updated on new legislation, legal trends, and potential impacts on business operations.
Risk Management & Governance
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and contractual risks across the organization.
- Support internal audits, due diligence processes, and corporate governance initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of internal policies, compliance programs, and codes of conduct.
- Advise management on dispute resolution strategies and support litigation or arbitration processes as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Procurement, HR, etc.) to provide legal input and align contractual terms with business needs.
- Support business development activities by ensuring contracts reflect commercial objectives while minimizing legal exposure.
- Deliver training and awareness sessions to internal teams on contract management, legal risks, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required; Master's degree (LLM) or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in contracts and legal management, preferably in the technology, telecom, or enterprise solutions sector.
- Proven track record in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian commercial, corporate, and labor laws, as well as regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in risk assessment, dispute resolution, and working with external counsel.
