We are looking for a self-motivated Legal Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal support and advice to the company.
- Review company contracts, agreements, and internal policies and procedures from a legal point of view.
- Handle communication with company legal advisor
- Prepare / participate in preparation of correspondence to external parties.
- Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence
- Keep management updated with the relevant legal changes and developments

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Law with 4 years of experience
