Responsibilities
- Support on contractual management, write and review terms and conditions, negotiate agreements and advise on risk profiles.
- Build relationships with multinational teams, while displaying genuine interest in sharing skills and experience with legal and non-legal business colleagues.

- Experience in contract legal support (in-house or private practice) and business acumen.
- Experience in reviewing contracts using contract templates and/or using contract guidance/playbooks.

• Drafting of contracts, letters, contractual notifications, MoUs, JDAs, etc.

• Reviewing, drafting, negotiating and finalizing EPC/O&M term sheets and EPC / O&M contracts and other project documents.
