The program focuses on attracting experienced professionals into key technology areas:

  • Enterprise Project Delivery
  • IT Services & Design Innovation

This Program aims to build participants knowledge and practical expertise in IT governance, compliance, risk, operations, and core banking system while fostering innovation and regulatory alignment, with the ultimate goal of enabling them to leverage Information Technology to drive stronger, more resilient, and innovation banking operations

The program starts with a one-week orientation:

  • Mandatory learning courses led by SNB Academy Team, covering essential topics and bank insights.
  • Core training modules covering IT operations, IT governance, resilient operations and architecture through department visits that gives a holistic view of SNB technology department

After training, participants will begin their roles where they will lead projects, guide teams, and contribute to building innovative solutions.

Required qualification:

  • Saudi National
  • Holding a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or any related field accompanied by a strong banking experience.
  • 5-8 years' relevant experience in IT/technology fields including at least 2+ year experience in a leadership/management role.
  • Successfully pass the interviews and assessments administered by SNB

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, set goals and priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs
  • Attention to detail and quality-oriented work ethic

This would include working with Site's production/Engineering Stake holders to execute hardware/software changes on site to serve the site's digital transformation agenda. Some examples of executional tasks could be: o Develop software applications to communicate with hardware on the site. o Integrate pre-existing software modules together and/or with newly developed components. o Preform upgrades on pre-existing software applications. o Troubleshoot hardware/connectivity problems. o Conduct basic troubleshooting of various software systems. - Act as a point of contact to offer basic troubleshooting for hardware/software affiliated with site's Digital infrastructure. - Be responsible to coordinate with internal factory stakeholders within the design and implementation phase of digital transformation projects. - You are likely to be a good fit in this role if you love to get on to execution with hardware/software tools in own hands. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications Diploma or above in Computer Science/Mechatronics or a similar field with 0-2 years of experience in the Software Development/Manufacturing/Automation field. Skills Ability to Communicate/read/write in English language. Demonstrated expertise in writing software program in any programming language (e.g. .NET/C# or Python) is a must. Basic understanding of computer networks/IP Addressing/General Network hardware. Basic understanding of Electrical wiring/cabling. The ideal candidate should have developed fairly complex software components using any programming language. The candidate is preferred to have experience in reading/writing/debugging object-oriented programming languages. Proficiency to self-learn from resources over the internet.
