We are looking for a full-time Pega Lead Architect with PCLSA certification to work on key solution designs and solution architecture focused on Digital Banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build full lifecycle Digital Banking solutions on the Pega Platform aligned with enterprise and integration best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of 5+ Pega developers, driving technical excellence and code reviews.
- Design high-level and detailed technical solution designs (HLDs/LLDs), prototypes, and reusable toolkits.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years as PCSSA; PCSSA certification required.
- Hands-on experience with WS-Security, JWT, SSL certs, B2B patterns, IPS, message signing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven leadership of Pega teams in delivery-mode environments.
- Deep knowledge of Pega implementation methodology, enterprise class structure, case management, rule resolution.

In this role, you will plan, develop, design, coordinate, and review architectural work on large projects with unique requirements. As a Project Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for the coordination of project architectural design tasks and landscape architecture associated with the development of the NEOM Mountain region, which includes recreational assets such as site-wide infrastructure, ski slopes, hiking and nature trails; real estate comprising hotels, ultra-luxury mansions, villages, lifestyle resorts; and major structures like the Vault, lake tunnel, and bow. This role involves coordinating the scope and integration of work assigned to subcontracted design entities.
Major Responsibilities :
- Conduct, plan, schedule, or coordinate initial and detailed phases of the architectural designs for the project.
- Plan and conduct independent work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application, and adaptation of layout techniques, procedures, and criteria for the architectural designs of project buildings, facilities, and structures including planning and development activities of the region.
- Provide review and make recommendations on development and evaluate infrastructure requirements.
- Prepare conceptual studies, designs, reports, proposals, value engineering studies, or alternate technical concepts in accordance with engineering procedures and contribute to the architectural design of the project facilities.
- Review architectural design tasks and landscape architecture associated with the development of the region.

- A recognized Bachelor’s/master’s degree in architecture or equivalent from an accredited college or university with an overall experience of 15 years.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience as an architect with hands-on experience in planning, with an understanding of recreational assets such as site-wide infrastructure, ski slopes, hiking and nature trails; real estate including hotels, ultra-luxury mansions, villages, lifestyle resorts; and major structures like the Vault, lake tunnel, and bow.
- Previous experience working as an architect with an interest in the environment and life sciences.

**Job Description:**
Parsons is seeking a highly experienced **Lead Network Architect** to oversee the supervision, design, and implementation of the digital network infrastructure for a large-scale smart city project. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of a secure, scalable, and highly resilient network foundation that supports all Smart City, Security, and ICT services. The Senior Network Architect will lead the detailed design and implementation of both the City Services Network (CN) and the physically separate Physical Safety and Security Network (PSSN). The ideal candidate will validate network configurations, data center connectivity, and the integration of mobile and wireless systems, ensuring robust performance and adherence to the highest industry standards.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Supervise the design, implementation, and operation of the project's entire digital network infrastructure, ensuring it meets the highest standards of security, scalability, and resilience.
+ Oversee the detailed design and deployment of the City Services Network (CN) and the Physical Safety and Security Network (PSSN), ensuring physical separation and robust performance.
+ Validate all network configurations, including data center connectivity and the integration of mobile and wireless systems, to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
+ Ensure the delivery of a redundant and resilient network topology, including diverse fiber routing and active-active equipment configurations.
+ Collaborate with systems integrators and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of multi-vendor network infrastructures.
+ Provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of enterprise-grade routing, switching, and firewall technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba).
+ Oversee the deployment of large-scale public Wi-Fi systems and ensure compliance with structured cabling standards (e.g., ANSI/TIA-942, BICSI).
+ Design and implement network security measures, including physically segregated networks for critical systems such as the PSSN.
+ Troubleshoot high-level connectivity issues and review complex network designs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
+ Act as a consultant or client-side supervisor, overseeing the work of major systems integrators and ensuring alignment with project goals.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
+ Mandatory membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
+ Minimum 15+ years of experience in network engineering and architecture, with significant expertise in large-scale campus, smart city, or mega-project environments.
+ Proven track record in designing and implementing complex, multi-vendor network infrastructures in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
+ Strong background in creating resilient and redundant network topologies, including diverse fiber routing and active-active equipment configurations.
+ Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade routing, switching, and firewall technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba).

**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Lead Engineer - Architect** to join our team! The **Lead Engineer - Architect** is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of all phases of detailed design projects under their direction.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Collaborate closely with the Lead Designer and/or Design Director, as well as other team members, to lead and direct the analysis, synthesis, and recommendation of conceptual design alternatives for landscape architecture projects, effectively communicating and promoting the design vision.
+ Review design drawings and specifications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
+ Validate design calculations and ensure all technical aspects align with industry standards.
+ Review and approve equipment and component submittals in coordination with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) staff.
+ Review and validate responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) during construction.
+ Approve shop drawings and construction models to ensure alignment with design intent.
+ Provide field architectural quality assurance (QA) during construction phases.
+ Support commissioning activities as required.
+ Liaise with Project Managers, Discipline Leads, internal and external team members, including master planners, architects, urban designers, specialists, engineers, and quantity surveyors.
+ Plan, program, and delegate within the team structure, while participating in workflow reporting and planning activities.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact with clients and client representatives, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
+ Contribute to the development of technical proposals, estimating levels of effort, work plans, and schedules as needed.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and technologies by maintaining affiliations with professional societies and organizations.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in architecture from a recognized university.
+ A minimum of 18 years of experience in master planning, urban design, and execution, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
+ Proven experience managing teams within established architecture/engineering firms or client-side organizations.
+ Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
