Job Summary:
The Speech and Language Therapist at Eradah Medical Rehabilitation Centers is responsible for assessing patients' speech and language needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing effective therapy tailored to pediatric patients. Responsibilities include evaluating and adjusting care plans based on patient progress and collaborating with families and educators to provide guidance and exercises for enhancing language skills.
Key Responsibilities and Duties: Patient Evaluation & Treatment Plan:
- Assess patients' speech and language needs through detailed evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the evaluation, including clear objectives, treatments, outcomes, and discharge planning.
- Provide therapeutic services according to the established care plan, ensuring the child's needs are effectively addressed.
Reassess and Adjust Treatment Plans:
- Regularly evaluate the child's response to the provided therapy services.
- Modify and update the treatment plan as necessary to optimize the child's development and progress.
Family & Teacher Guidance:
- Guide parents and teachers in practicing exercises and appropriate techniques in home or educational settings to support the child's language development.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to families and educators to enhance the child's communication skills in daily life activities.
Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Team:
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physicians, to ensure a holistic approach to the child’s rehabilitation.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Complete necessary documentation in daily treatment notes as part of the Electronic Medical System (EMS).
- Ensure that all patient records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy from an accredited institution.
Licensing: Valid license to practice as a Speech and Language Therapist in Saudi Arabia (SCFHS).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in speech and language therapy, preferably in a rehabilitation or hospital setting.

You’ll help shape compelling in-app content and user experiences that resonate with Saudi Arabic-speaking audiences.
As the Language Specialist, you will review, adapt, and enhance a variety of content into native-level Saudi Arabic, ensuring an authentic tone and voice for a global platform. This role is a cornerstone of our Language Quality Program, requiring expertise in linguistic quality assurance, cultural adaptation, and collaboration with international teams.
