• Knowledge in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and the ability to work within BIM workflows.
• Expertise in developing planting plans, irrigation design, grading plans, construction detailing, and graphics.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proactive approach.
• Capacity to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write technical documents and correspondence.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships in a diverse work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate complex projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s and GCC local flora, fauna, and regional construction technologies.
• Familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives and their implications for landscape architecture and urban design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in landscape architecture, with at least 5 years in the Middle East.
• Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field is a plus.
• Licensed Landscape Architect (active status).
• MMUP/UPDA Certification or the ability to obtain it is a plus.
