Leverage a strong understanding of real estate development processes, including site acquisition, financial feasibility analysis, permitting, design, construction, and project delivery and Apply real estate market dynamics, property valuation, investment analysis, and risk assessment to make informed development decisions.
  4. Integrate sustainable planning practices, including green building standards (LEED, BREEAM), energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste management, into master plans and develop innovative strategies that enhance community value, promote biodiversity preservation, and align with urban development trends to drive economic growth.
  5. Direct the creation and maintenance of design standards, zoning regulations, and development guidelines, ensuring consistency and technical relevance across all projects.

  7. Manage the coordination of planning efforts with other departments, ensuring that all projects are aligned with operational requirements and timelines.

  3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and support for planning initiatives, addressing inquiries, and resolving discrepancies related to development projects.
  4. Engage with regulatory authorities, community stakeholders, and consultants to ensure that planning initiatives meet legal requirements and are aligned with community expectations.

Team Leadership and Development:

In this role you will be responsible for the effective operation of the Urban Planning Department in Yanbu. **What You'll Be Doing:**
**Strategy Formulation**
+ Support the Director in establishing and then implement, monitor and enforce department goals and objectives, initiatives, KPIs, and work procedures and ensure consistency with RCs overall goals and objectives.
+ Develop and support implementation Of departmental business plans that are in line With RC'S goals, objectives and vision as formulated in the approved Annual Business Plan
**Budgeting and Control**
+ Actively participate and contribute to the department staffing and budget planning.

**Operational Tasks**
+ Perform a full assessment of the existing urban planning work program.
+ Provide leadership and develop proposals to restructure the urban planning work program, if required.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Urban Planning, Transportation, Architecture, Geography or a related subject. A postgraduate degree is preferred.
+ A minimum of 20 years of experience working on urban and industrial zone planning, with at least 8 years working in a supervisory or management role on a local level responsible for handling investor-oriented land use and zoning issues.
+ Conversant with survey reports, maps, technical drawings, aerial photography, and other topographical/, geologic data to plan and design projects.
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Advanced computer skills are essential with experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and a basic understanding of industry standard design software (such as AutoCAD, Adobe-Lab or equivalent).

Jubail is one of Bechtel’s most remarkable achievements—a city built from the sand up, requiring vast resources and logístical planning on an unprecedented scale. It the biggest civil engineering project in modern times—and it's getting bigger. Bechtel has managed the Jubail project, located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, since it began in the mid-1970s. Bechtel serves as the Management Services Contractor (MSC), or “owner’s representative” for our client, the Royal Commission (RC). We are the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) managers, managing design submissions from local AE firms, and overseeing the actual construction work being performed by local contractors and sub-contractors in Jubail and Ras-Al-Khair Industrial Cities. The Project Engineer - Urban Planning is responsible for managing all aspects of technical urban planning for current and future areas within the Jubail Industrial City and for coordinating between the Engineering Department and the Urban Planning Department.

About Us


We are a multidisciplinary advisor specializing in urban planning, real estate programming, and facility management. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our team in developing compelling project visuals, presentations, reports, and bid documents.


About the Role


  • Create high-quality graphics, layouts, and visualizations for urban planning, real estate, and facility management projects.
  • Design professional proposals, presentations, and reports that clearly communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with planners, consultants, and project managers to translate concepts into effective visual formats.
  • Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all materials.
  • Support marketing and business development efforts through visually impactful bid and tender submissions.

What do we need from you


  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in architecture, urban planning, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with mapping tools or CAD software is a plus.
  • Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
  • Leverage AI graphic design tools and image generators for the above.
