Role Summary:
The Research Consultant supports the design and execution of research assignments across S-Cube's projects. This role involves contributing to methodology development, conducting data collection and analysis, and preparing reports and presentations. The Research Consultant ensures that research outputs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with S-Cube's Methodology to support evidence-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Research Design & Support:
- Contribute to the development of research frameworks, study tools, and methodologies.
- Apply both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Ensure compliance with research ethics and quality standards.

Data Collection & Management:
- Conduct desk reviews, surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Support data entry, cleaning, and database management.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Perform statistical and qualitative analysis under the supervision of senior researchers.
- Synthesize findings into clear summaries and insight briefs.
- Draft sections of reports and develop visual presentations.
4.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
- Assist in preparing technical and financial proposals for business development.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify research needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Implement) to ensure integration of findings.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Economics, or related field.
- 3–6 years of applied research or consulting experience.
- Solid skills in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Ability to prepare reports and professional presentations.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Preferably Saudi National.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complies and adheres to the Medical Staff By-laws, Code of Medical Ethics, Rules and Regulations of the Medical Staff, departmental and clinical policies, procedures and objectives, continuous quality improvements objectives, safety, environmental and infection control standards, and abide by the rules and regulations of the College of Medicine.
- Ensures compliance with the College of American Pathologists (CAP), Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) and Canadian Standards.

- Takes part in the selection of high quality state-of-the-art equipments for molecular, genomic and bioinformatics operations.

- Responsible for the continual monitoring, evaluation, and development through audit and research, of the quantity and quality of the service.
- Leads on the training and support to other professionals and care staff within specific interventions and in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of service.
- Writes an official delegation of all responsibilities and assignments prior to a leave/ vacation.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned as per to the policy within the entity assigned.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in one of the applied medical speciality.
- American Board Certification in Clinical Genetics and Genomics or equivalent related licensure to practice and/or related training in molecular genetics, genomics, bioinformatics or cytogenetics.
- Current Professional Registration from Country of Origin.
Valid registration from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as Consultant Specialist.
Years of Experience:
- Three (3) years of specialized professional post-qualification work experience in related field preferably in a CAP and/or CBAHI accredited laboratories.
