• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring clear communication and high responsiveness.

• Maintain comprehensive records of correspondence, complaints, actions taken, and client approvals.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific/technical discipline.
• Proven experience managing strategic or governmental accounts, in the oil, gas, or petrochemical sector.
• Proven experience in oil lab testing services field.
• Familiarity with analytical equipment and lab operations related to petroleum testing
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

The Laboratory Technician oversees all operations in the labs, workshops, and studios, including conducting research, supervising students, assisting with lab experiments, and ensuring lab safety protocols are followed. The role involves managing and maintaining additive and subtractive manufacturing systems, such as robotic arms, CNC machines, 3D multijet printers, and laser cutting technologies. The technician also familiarizes new staff with safety equipment locations, supports research and innovation projects, assists researchers and students in prototyping, and ensures compliance with safety protocols.
