Qualifications and Education:
- Diploma Holder in Chemistry, Physics, Geology, Building Materials or other related discipline
Experience Requirement/s:
- Minimum of 3 - 5 year experience, preferably in the Ready Mix Concrete Industry
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties
- Log and review all incoming inquiries from the sales department and listing new market requirement.
- Prepare technical submittals for the customers.
- Gather all relevant data from technical QC team and prepare graphical presentation with statistical analysis
- Helps initiates design process by assisting the design specialist in preparing design input form (TG-QF-05) ensuring that any conflicting requirements are resolved during the contract review stage.
- Seek guidance from design specialist in complicated projects or projects that go above m3
- Keep a file of all mix design inputs, mix design and mix design data bank form generated by the current TG TECH system and ensuring that all forms are signed and approved by the Technical Manager.
- Technical coordinator shall update all results in the Trial Mix Log upon receiving trial mix test results from internal and external laboratories
- Preparing graphical presentation of statistical analysis to be reviewed by QC In charge, Design specialist and Technical Manager.
Responsibilities
- In charge of listing new market requirements to be reviewed by the design specialist.
- Bid projects that have several joining contractors will be reviewed by the technical coordinator. He is responsible in providing or copying given mixes by the design specialist.
- Responsible in filling the finished inquiries according to inquiry status, and he should keep track of every update or revision on the inquiries.
- Responsible in preparing mix designs using (TG-QF-06) mix design form taking into consideration any standards or specification at the contract review stage
- Responsible in preparing trial mix summary to be reviewed by design specialist and technical manager.
- Upon receiving all required test results, the technical coordinator shall ensure the collection of the approvals from sales dept, contractor and the consultant. All received approvals will be filed and documented.
Technical coordinator will be working together with technical QC team in collecting compressive strength results for statistical analysis
