Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the HRIS system ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Manage all organizational structure setups —
Business Units, Departments, Projects, Job Families, Grades, Levels, Positions, and Roles. - Create and maintain workflow setups for recruitment, onboarding, transfers, leaves, payroll, and performance management.
- Oversee system setup types such as allowance codes, benefits, leave types, GOSI, EOSB rules, and policy parameters.
- Ensure accurate mapping between HR modules (Employee Information, Payroll, Time Attendance, Recruitment, Performance, and Self-Service).
- Perform data migrations, validations, and regular audits to maintain data integrity.
- Manage user access controls and page permissions across all HR modules.
- Configure and test approval workflows, role hierarchies, and escalation matrices.
- Support HR with reporting and analytics (headcount, turnover, salary, compliance).
- Handle HRIS master data updates — including promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Coordinate with IT and system vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Train HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
- Maintain data confidentiality and compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policy.
Lead system enhancement projects to improve automation, accuracy, and user adoption.
3–6 years of hands-on experience with
MenaITech HRMS
or similar platforms.- Strong knowledge of
HR processes
(employee lifecycle, payroll, leave, GOSI, EOSB, etc.). - Excellent
Excel and data analytics
skills. - Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude.
