Job Purpose:
- The Senior Specialist, Key Account Management, will support the Associate Director in developing and managing relationships with key clients within the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, retail) and other industries in KSA and potentially the wider MENA region.
- This role will focus on sourcing and key account management, business development, and enhancing client satisfaction, while contributing to revenue growth.
- The Senior Specialist will assist in identifying new business opportunities and ensure smooth delivery of Red Sea Trading & Logistic Co's services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Support the management of key accounts across hospitality and external sectors. Develop a solid understanding of client needs and contribute to offering tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
- Business Development Support: Identifying, sourcing and pursuing new business opportunities within the hospitality and non-hospitality sectors in KSA and the MENA region. Participate in outreach efforts, networking, and client onboarding activities as required by the Associate Director.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Contribute to achieving sales targets by supporting the sourcing, on-boarding, negotiation process and client interactions. Help ensure services and products are delivered in line with client expectations and Red Sea Trading & Logistic Co objectives.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with logistics, sourcing/purchasing, operations, and RSG support divisions to ensure smooth service execution and problem resolution for key clients.
- Client Retention & Satisfaction: Help implement customer retention initiatives, including regular feedback programs and proactive follow-ups. Assist in identifying and addressing client concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs across KSA and the MENA region. Provide feedback and insights to the Associate Director for strategic decision-making.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Support in gathering data and preparing sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance reports for senior leadership. Assist in tracking sales pipeline health and key performance metrics.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, with a strong background in hospitality, logistics, or sales, purchasing
- Familiarity with business development, sourcing, and logistics operations in KSA and the MENA region.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is required.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales & Business Development: Good understanding of sales processes and the ability to contribute to generating new business opportunities.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems to track account activity and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Negotiation & Problem Solving: Ability to assist in negotiations and resolve issues that arise with clients or internally.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English, essential for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do
The goal is to generate demand for professional power tools and accessories by offering effective job-site solutions, managing key accounts to convert inquiries into orders, conducting market research to relay customer feedback to marketing teams, developing strategies to penetrate and protect the industrial product market, and increasing brand share among customers.
Key account planning involves regular visits to build relationships and confidence with end-users. Identify their needs, propose solutions, and expedite implementation. Continuously update product knowledge to offer effective solutions through demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits. Focus on categories that increase brand share to meet marketing objectives. Provide product and safety training to enhance productivity through correct tool usage. Manage new product launches and retain accounts. Coordinate with sales teams and dealers to ensure efficient processing of quotations and orders.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- To create a demand for Professional power tools and related accessories by providing effective job-site solutions to customers (end-users).
- To manage key accounts (end-users) and ensure enquiries generated are converted into orders by working with sales teams and distribution.
- To conduct market research on new products and communicate the ‘voice of the customer’ back to Marketing/ product management teams.
- To build a strategy to cover, penetrate, acquire and protect the business for Industrial product group in the target market.
- To increase brand share with the customer (end-user).
- Key account (end-user) planning – regular visits, build relationship and confidence with the end-user.
- Identify needs of the end-user, propose and expedite the solution
- Continuously update product knowledge and build competence in proposing effective solutions via demonstrations for end-user applications highlighting features benefits and advantages.
- Ensure the marketing objectives are met by focusing on categories that increase brand share.
- Product and safety training to end-user to support customers in driving higher productivity by correct usage of tools & accessories.
- New product launches to the end-user.
- Retention of Accounts (End-users)
- Liaise with sales teams and dealers to ensure quotations and orders are expedited efficiently.
- Achieve annual sell-out targets based on focus categories for the target market.
- Achieve New product sell-out targets
- Achieve new customer acquisition targets.
- Communicate & Implement marketing campaigns to the end-user.
- Key account (end-user) reports in the prescribed formats for review with managers.
- Support Marketing events such as dealer/ end-user meets and road shows.
- Maintain all products supplied for demonstration in good working condition at all times. A list of demonstration tools to be kept and updated periodically.
- Maintain the demonstration truck in good working condition and clean at all times to ensure that the brand is always held in high esteem.
- Education, a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, sales, and marketing (an MBA a bonus) with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for representing the organizations in public, during media events and product launches, product demonstrations and while participating at trade shows
- Strong communication skills to convey information to customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as in a group to achieve team goals.
- Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and familiarity with any e-commerce platforms and social media to connect with customers and promote products.
- Candidate should be currently based in the Northern Region, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements
You'll map out Shipa Delivery's business growth strategy - and make it happen. You will have the ability to work closely with Shipa Delivery team members to generate an expanded customer base and, through one-on-one communication with existing clients, help shape a streamlined operation.
You must be great at networking and have a knack for presenting and public speaking.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop valuable business relationships with major clients to help them meet their last-mile delivery needs
- Acquire a thorough understanding of client's needs and preferences to help streamline the operation
- Expand relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that satisfy their objectives
- Ensure that products and services are delivered to customers accurately and on time
- Analyze customers performance to drive their growth and production
- Serve as the link of communication between significant clients and internal teams
- Quickly resolve issues and problems faced by clients and deal with complaints
- Play an integral part in generating new sales into long-lasting relationships
- Recommend solutions based on clients' needs by using industry knowledge
- Organize workshops for clients to update them on the latest developments in the sector, including changes to local regulations
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using accurate account metrics
- Constantly create revenue-generating channels from Cross-Selling and Upselling streams
- Introduce and manage projects designed to cater to the needs of new clients
- Bachelor's Degree in business or any related field
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience (preferably from e-commerce and e-fulfillment)
- Knowledge and experience in CRM systems is a must
- Be articulate and accustomed to dealing with clients on a one-to-one basis
- Be adept at problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Have in-depth experience in Customer Relationship Management
- Have a good grasp of MS Excel and data analysis
- Strong Work ethic and Customer Centric mindset

Job Summary :
The Business Development Manager (Consumer) is responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share within the modern retail channel in the KSA. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with key accounts, and leading a team of area sales managers and sales representatives to achieve revenue targets and margin efficiencies. The role will also require the ability to manage sellout, monitor inventory levels, and develop joint business plans with key accounts in the country.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share within the modern retail channel in the KSA.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key accounts/retailers/distributors.
- Manage key customer relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and ongoing account management.
- Lead a team of sales representatives, setting targets and managing performance to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Business Manager, highlighting key achievements, opportunities, and challenges.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure effective sales execution.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing insights and recommendations to the Business Manager.
- Manage sellout and inventory levels, ensuring optimal product availability and minimizing stockouts.
- Develop joint business plans with key accounts, identifying opportunities to grow the business and deliver mutual value.
- Negotiate & implement product launch, category activation, instore events across KSA.
- Track performance metrics (sales, market penetration, ROI) and prepare regular business reports.
