Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Designer** to join our Anchor Assets Department for the NEOM The Line project. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing design solutions for a variety of high-profile infrastructure and building projects. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, an ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects from concept to completion.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop innovative design concepts for Anchor Assets within The Line.
+ Produce detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation).
+ Ensure all designs comply with project requirements, international standards, and local regulations.
+ Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and incorporating revisions as needed.
+ Prepare presentations and visualizations to communicate design ideas to project teams and clients.
+ Support the project management team by providing technical expertise and resolving design-related issues during construction.
+ Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related design field.
+ **Minimum of 5 years of professional experience** in a design role, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or urban development projects.
