We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to corporate law, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and intellectual property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other attorneys within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney in a reputable law firm or corporate setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Law or a specialized field such as corporate law or intellectual property law.

- Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
