The Senior Manager of Market Research is responsible for contributing to the set-up, coordination and development of Market Research activities in ROSHN, both internally and with the support of external consultants. He/she works closely with key cross-functional partners across all major lines of business to define market research priorities and needs within ROSHN. He/she is responsible for understanding key market trends and uncovering insights to inform strategic decisions affected by the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience with regulatory changes on regulated systems and services (e.g., Nphies, Najim, CHI upload, TAHAQAQ, Yakeen) – Preferable
  • Expedite bug fixes during business testing by coordinating with development teams and reporting on critical issues.
  • Business Process Flows: Expertise in designing clear and detailed business process flows to optimize operations, enhance system functionality, and guide cross functional teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: knowledge in project management tools and agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban and Confluence
  • Ensure all assigned projects are updated promptly and accurately in the internal project management
  • Share regular status reports with IT management stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Report business feedback to internal teams and propose actionable improvements to enhance project outcomes.
  • Support new joiners by providing guidance on systems, processes, and business analysis activities.
  • Ensure assigned projects are delivered within agreed timelines of the agile delivery team and meets the enterprise quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT related field such as, MIS, IT Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar

We currently operate in Turkey, North Africa, the UAE, and Singapore, and we are now expanding our presence in Saudi Arabia.

Our Research Services Competence Centre provides tailored B2B market research, partner search, and market visits across various industrial and professional sectors. To support this growth, we are looking for freelance consultants in Saudi Arabia with a strategic mindset and strong business orientation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting in-depth desk research using local and regional sources, databases, and publications
  • Identifying and interviewing industry experts, companies, and relevant stakeholders to gather firsthand insights
  • Analyzing findings and preparing clear, structured reports in English
  • Collaborating with the FMC team remotely and providing cultural or other business insights
  • Providing on-the-ground support during fieldwork or client engagements as required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of business experience, ideally in business development, strategic planning, consulting, or market research in B2B/industries
