Position Objective:
- The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that the client’s internal processes, systems, and outputs comply with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain QA policies, test frameworks, and automation strategies to ensure reliable IT system performance.
- Assess IT systems and tools through functional, performance, and security testing to validate compliance with requirements.
- Write, execute, and automate test cases and scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or Cypress to streamline testing workflows.
- Establish and manage test repositories (e.g., TestRail, Jira) and automation frameworks to support scalable testing processes.
- Document testing processes, including test plans, scripts, and outcomes, ensuring traceability and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, KPIs, and test results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for system optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, DevOps, product managers) to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.

- Facilitate training on testing tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in quality assurance, software testing, or related roles, preferably in energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proficiency in test case development, scripting, and automation using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or Cypress.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira) and CI/CD integration (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with performance testing, security testing, and system assessment methodologies.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for test automation and data analysis.
- Understanding of IT systems, cloud platforms, and low-latency environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools for reporting and metrics tracking.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
