Job Title: Placement Executive
We are looking for graduates currently residing in the Saudi Arabia who possess strong communication and organizational skills, and who are passionate about helping students secure employment. The Placement Executive will act as a key link between the institution and reputed companies/placement providers across the Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries. The primary responsibility will be to facilitate student placements by building industry connections, coordinating interviews, and managing placement-related activities in close collaboration with the Placement Head.
· Build and maintain effective relationships with reputed companies and placement agencies in the Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries.
· Liaise with employers to identify suitable job and internship opportunities for students.
· Coordinate with the Placement Head and students to understand placement needs and preferences.
· Organize and facilitate interviews, recruitment drives, and placement events (virtual or in-person).
· Track and document placement progress, employer feedback, and student outcomes.
· Support students in their job search journey, including basic interview preparation and employer expectations.
· Maintain and update a comprehensive database of employers, job openings, and student placement records.
· Ensure clear and timely communication between all stakeholders throughout the placement process.
· Must be a graduate currently living in the Saudi Arabia.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong networking abilities and confidence in approaching corporate representatives.
· Ability to coordinate and manage multiple placement activities simultaneously.
