Duties and Responsibilities
As Human Resources Coordinator, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Assist in preparing a HR & Training plans for the resort (biannual/annual) based on systematic research and needs analysis.
- Provide information to prepare an expenditure budget for the training department.
- Coordinate with Home Office on new mandatory training programs and materials.
- Coordinate training with all departmental trainers for every section and monitor operational training.
- Assist the Director of HR in preparing monthly training report and collating all departmental training hours to be incorporated into the monthly training report sent regularly to the Home Office.
- Assist with the recruitment and interview processes.
- Assist with coordination of new hire orientation and training for new hosts.
- Asssist and attend Mission Wellness activities.
- Assist with variety of host events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties.
- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Human Resources Coordinator, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- Diploma or equivalent in Business, preferably in Human Resources and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Technical skills include advanced MS Office, Outlook platforms.
- Fluent in English; I understand that Arabic as an additional language is preferred.

Job Purpose
To ensure and oversee compliance with the applicable legal and statutory employment relations framework & labor law; and provide specialized advice and support services on internal work performance, grievance and disciplinary procedures and processes.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1- Communicates with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) with regards to employment vacancies.
2- Coordinates with local agencies (Bab Rizk, Takat…etc.) to source CV's and arrange for job fairs.
3- Screens CV's and forward them to the Administration Manager for review.
4- Schedules and conducts first interviews with potential candidates as per recruitment plan.
5- Prepares recruitment progress reports.
6- Fills and updates the CV Excel database and files CV's afterwards.
7- Represents the company and is in direct contact with HRDF (enroll our employees in their training programs, recruit from their trained pool of candidates and getting financial rewards accordingly).
8- Coordinates with the HRDF to create incentives for candidates completing one or two year's trainings, etc.
9- Prepares offer letters and employment contracts for Saudi candidates.
10- Follows up with the affiliated Polyclinic regarding employee medical test results.
11- Coordinates with STC and Mobily companies based on GMSS related needs.
12- Liaises with GOSI, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chamber of Commerce and traffic department incase GRO's aren't present.
13- Conducts Induction Presentation for new arrivals (Arabs).
14- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Manage all employee-related processes on government platforms including
Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, HRSD, Mudad, Absher, and Chamber of Commerce
. - Handle issuance, renewal, transfer, and cancellation of
residency permits (Iqamas), work permits, visas, and contracts
. - Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates across all government systems.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with
Saudization (Nitaqat)

- Liaise with relevant government authorities to resolve issues efficiently.
Employee Relations

- Coordinate with line managers to ensure smooth employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Support the HR team in initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Recruitment & Administration
- Support recruitment activities by preparing job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Assist in drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and related documentation.
- Maintain employee records (digital and hard copies) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support administrative tasks related to HR operations and cross-functional coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience
in HR operations or government relations within KSA. - Strong knowledge of
Saudi Labor Law
and hands-on experience with
Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, HRSD, Mudad, Absher
, and other HR portals. - Experience in employee relations and recruitment support.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both
Arabic and English
