Personal & Results Leadership

  • Maintain comprehensive industry and Autodesk product knowledge, technology trends, to provide insight and guidance required to position the value of ACC
  • Share with team any best practices, competitive information, innovation, success stories and lessons learnt
  • Establish/maintain industry leadership through comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of the technologies of their domain, and insight into the industry practices, business processes, applications, and solutions the domain impacts and is impacted upon by the global technology marketplace

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the AECO industry and/or AECO technology industry

About the Role :

TjDeeD is looking for a skilled and proactive Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team in KSA . Client for Kafa’at is seeking a Solutions Architect:

Job Purpose:

The physical security of sites, events, airports, and energy production facilities is a critical concern for Thales customers. It depends on a broad range of capabilities such as information systems, networks, telecoms, infrastructure, and civil engineering.

The projects involving security and safety systems are highly innovative, international, and multi-industry, requiring in-depth technical knowledge of solutions and components, as well as mastery of the systems involved to ensure successful project completion.

The role of PRS is to oversee the overall implementation of these projects, adding value through products like SDP (Security Digital Platform) and controlling the engineering processes necessary for deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customers in technical decisions and promoting Thales solutions (e.g., SDP)
  • Designing and structuring future security system architectures in collaboration with project and engineering teams
  • Acting as Design Authority
  • Coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure a coherent vision and architecture
  • Participating in cost estimation of technical solutions to ensure competitiveness
  • Overseeing the selection of technical solutions with a long-term innovation perspective (15-30 years)
  • Communicating solutions to support PRS strategy, sales, and domain management
  • Guiding technical policy development

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, IT, or relevant Engineering field
  • 15 years of experience across various Systems Engineering lifecycle activities, including at least 5 years in technical management roles
  • Structured approach to systems architectures and proficiency with modeling tools
  • Extensive technical expertise in information systems, sensors, network infrastructure, radio, and operator services
  • Understanding of digital technologies deployed in the Cloud
  • Ability to analyze operational needs and derive technical requirements
  • Experience managing technical teams and collaborating with GBU, assembly, and integration partners
  • Innovative vision with a 15-year solution-building outlook, coupled with pragmatic, iterative delivery approaches
  • Strong conviction and credibility to support Thales’ strategic initiatives in this domain

Job Description

About the Role :

TjDeeD is looking for a skilled and proactive Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team in KSA . This role is a critical link between our account managers and technical delivery teams, helping position and promote our diverse IT solutions portfolio to clients. The ideal candidate will drive presales efforts, deliver engaging demos, and act as the technical owner of proposals and solution strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Presales & Proposal Ownership

  • Lead and deliver technical presales activities (demos, PoCs, proposals, SOWs) in coordination with account managers
  • Own all proposal submissions related to internal business units or external vendors (for KSA-based opportunities)
  • Ensure all presales deliverables meet SLA timelines with high quality

Customer & Sales Collaboration

  • Present solution overviews clearly to both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Actively collect and respond to feedback from customers and sales teams after presales engagement

Technical Readiness

  • Maintain fully functional demo environments for key products including
  • Demonstrate high-level understanding and positioning of the full TjDeeD portfolio
  • Stay technically certified and ready to support all engagements

Leadership & Ownership

  • Show initiative, professionalism, and clear communication with cross-functional teams

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in IT solutions presales or solution architecture
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, UEM, cybersecurity, and automation platforms
  • Hands-on experience with demo kit management and customer engagement
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills (Arabic & English)
  • Based in Saudi Arabia and willing to travel
