Lead in reviewing, validating, prioritising, and managing all Technical Queries (TQ) to address aircraft, off-aircraft, support equipment, and In-Kingdom Industrial Participation (IKIP) technical issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure Continuing Airworthiness Assessments are carried out on TQ responses before issuing to RSAF.
Manage TQs to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) contractual timelines, maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations.
Provide technical advice to support the development of RSAF Technical Instructions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor the effectiveness of Reliability Team reports and Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) recommendations, ensuring alignment with airworthiness standards.
Monitor, report, and improve technical output performance, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure performance review reports are generated to align technical support service outputs with contract requirements, facilitating continuous improvement.

RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION
Extensive proven experience in Technical Services within an aircraft maintenance or CA environment, including significant direct experience of supporting or maintaining fleets of aircraft.
Have substantial proven experience in a relevant management role.
A recognised qualification to NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level in a relevant technical discipline, or a technical apprenticeship, or suitable equivalent technical qualification acceptable to M&CA,

Part 66 licensed (current or lapsed), or suitable equivalent technical license acceptable to M&CA.
OR
Relevant Bachelor Degree in Engineering Discipline.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Geoscience, Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in the technical & commercial aspect of cased hole and well integrity
- Have good understanding of Baker Hughes broad portfolio of CH & well Integrity technologies - Production logging, Cased Hole FE and Well Integrity domain
- Display excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work without supervision
- Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Have good knowledge of the usage of Deal Machine
- Have excellent problem-solving skills with a drive for results

**Your day at NTT DATA**
As a Services Architect at NTT DATA, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Managed Services solutions that span multiple technology domains. Your day will involve collaborating with clients, as well as our sales and delivery teams, to co-create value-driven designs, ensuring they are competitive, innovative, secure, and viable over multi-year periods. Your expertise in both solution design and sales will be key in closing opportunities with decision-makers.
You'll design complex managed service solutions to meet client needs, integrating technology and service design across various domains. Your Responsibilities will include conducting sales presentations, and product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams and partners to ensure supportable service designs. You will validate new design features and delivery models or recommend improvements to existing services.
Your role involves developing service design deliverables, obtaining sign-off from technical, service, and costing stakeholders, and providing solutions that are commercially competitive while mitigating risk. You will map client requirements to our service elements and coordinate the development of end-to-end solutions covering cloud services, technology architectures, SIAM, SLA, and ITSM practices.
By executing a consulting approach, you'll create consolidated statements of requirements, transition documents, and costings based on client needs, bridging the gap between current and desired states. You will assist sales teams in presenting architecture solutions focused on cost savings and uncovering growth opportunities. You'll also share client outcomes and market conditions with global stakeholders to evolve and innovate our service strategies.
Part of your role will also involve engaging with vendor management, ensuring a smooth transition to service delivery teams, and assisting with commercial model discussions. Your analytical skills will help discover and analyze DATA inputs, ensuring all service costs are accurately populated to reflect the delivery of the service over the contract term.
**To thrive in this role, you need to have:**
+ Deep knowledge of Managed Services, including cloud, global, and distributed delivery models.
+ Certification in TOGAF advantageous.
+ Strong proficiency in Application and Cloud/Infrastructure Managed Services.
+ Experience with costing models in collaboration with sales and finance teams.
+ Up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in technology such as devSecOps, Cloud Native Services, and Intelligent Automation.
+ Proven track record of designing managed services solutions for large enterprises.
+ Strong analytical abilities to evaluate and interpret diverse information.
+ Ability to communicate improvements and the value of solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
+ Capability to facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to discover requirements and present solutions.
+ Collaborative team member who contributes to team success within a matrixed organization.
+ Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
