Overview:
We are seeking an Environmental professional to join Saudi Aramco Upstream Business Support department, Operational Excellence and Compliance (UOE&CD) Division.
The Environmental Group under the UOE&CD oversees and report on environmental requirements and activities to the President of Upstream driving performance through close monitoring, optimizing processes and providing guidance and support to operating departments within the business line.
Key Responsibilities:
As successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
- Ensure Upstream operations remain compliant with ISO 14001 requirements by conducting Environmental Management System (EMS) audits and Environmental Compliance Assessments (ECA) to improve/maintain Environmental Leadership KPI, bridge compliance gaps and prepare facilities for corporate assessments.
- Identify and address gaps in compliance against current Corporate and Government regulations.
- Report environmental compliance aspects including scorecard dashboard KPIs, internal metrics and indicators. These are mainly flaring, SO2 emissions, GHG emission, water conservation, waste management, Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Particulate Matter (PMs) & Carbon Dioxide (CO2).
- Support sustainability reporting process by facilitating the environmental third-party assurance audits with corporate, reviewing reports prior to issuance.
- Advise on regulatory compliance aspects and improving environmental processes.
- Engage external stakeholders for issues related to environmental compliance in liaison with relevant corporate entities and representatives.
- Monitor performance of modified processes to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
- Evaluate data and provide trend analysis and highlight gaps in compliance followed by recommendations to address potential gaps identified.
- Advice upstream operations on managing environmental risks and provide recommendations to mitigate impacts.
- Provide expert feedback to Company standards review committees and advice revision process.
Minimum Requirements:
- As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or an environmental science degree with relevant experience in the industry. An advanced degree is (Master’s degree).
- You will have 5-10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.
- You must have proven experience in environmental management systems including auditing ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems;
- Certifications such as certified environmental professional (CEP), ISO14001 EMS Lead Auditor, NEBOSH Environmental Management, GRI sustainability professional certification are also .

· Technical experience should include manufacturing, multi-site, contractor management, leisure facilities, and hazardous substances - desirable for specific aviation industry, military engineering, systems support and support services experience at a practical and operational level.

The Director of Professional Services will be responsible for establishing and scaling its Professional Services practice. This strategic role is designed to accelerate customer adoption, drive value realization, and embed Unifonic’s platform across multiple business domains. The ideal candidate will combine deep consultancy experience with a strong background in managing large-scale digital transformation projects across technology, customer engagement, and AI.
The role will build and lead a high-impact team of experts across technical integration, marketing use case implementation, customer journey design, contact center automation, and AI-driven optimization. As a founding member of this function, the Head of Professional Services will shape the vision, operating model, and delivery methodology of a services-as-a-software practice, helping clients unlock the full potential of Unifonic’s platform.
Help us shape the future of communications by:
Define the long-term vision and operating model for Unifonic’s Professional Services function aligned with product strategy and GTM priorities.
Recruit, lead, and inspire a cross-functional team of consultants, solution architects, CX specialists, and project managers.
Deliver high-impact engagements that accelerate platform adoption and deliver measurable outcomes across marketing, customer service, and operations.
Design and package a portfolio of services across integration, digital strategy, and customer journey transformation.
Lead client-facing projects focused on AI-driven automation, contact center modernization, and data-led personalization.
Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and channel partners to ensure seamless implementation and maximum customer value.
Build scalable delivery methodologies, knowledge assets, and KPIs to measure success and ensure service excellence.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable transformation initiatives.
What you'll bring:
12+ years of experience in consultancy, digital transformation, or technology services, preferably in SaaS, marketing tech, or customer engagement platforms.
Proven track record in building and scaling professional services or customer success functions.
Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving technology integration, marketing automation, or CX transformation.
Exposure to marketing and advertising ecosystems, CRM, contact center solutions, and AI/ML technologies.
Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to balance vision with operational execution.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a background in executive-level advisory.
Regional knowledge of the Saudi and broader MEA market is a strong advantage.
Arabic language proficiency is a plus
