1. Adhere to CLIENT’s procedures and guidelines for design, selection, implementation and maintenance of network components as well as change management process.
2. Properly administer network software, hardware, and components and ensure the availability of the network infrastructure.
3. Control network devices/components and coordinate network access and use.
4. Anticipate potential networking problems and implement preventive measures.
5. Perform routine network component startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records.
6. Maintain equipment or coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure high availability and service levels.
7. Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records.
8. Maintain current documentation including logical and physical network designs and layout diagrams.
9. Manage small to medium sized projects according to agree upon budgets and schedules.
10. Strong knowledge of Routing and Switching Protocols such as OSPF,EIGRP,BGP,MPLS,VPC.
11. Strong knowledge of Security technologies such as IPS, DPI, Load balancing ,VPN implementation techniques and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements.
12. Design, plan, establish, and optimize wireless networks.
13. Develop wireless network infrastructures and make recommendations on systems enhancements for optimization.
14. Provide technical assessment of requirements and definition from conception to launch.
15. Monitor network equipment for outages, traffic problems and service levels, and provide problem resolution when needed.
16. Analyze equipment performance records to determine the need for repair, replacement or enhancement.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering or Computer Science.
2. Minimum Work Experience: Min of 5+ years of experience.
3. Level of English: Excellent in both reading and writing.
