Job Overview: Our client, a leading financial institution, is hiring a Strategy Consultant with 3+ years of experience , preferably at a top-tier consulting firm (T1/T2). The role involves developing strategic plans, creating executive pitch decks, and managing cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will translate business goals into tangible actions and support initiatives related to cash management and tax structuring . Banking or financial services background is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research, industry benchmarking, and strategic analysis
- Translate theoretical strategies and goals into structured, implementable workstreams
- Create, design, and deliver executive-level pitch decks and presentations
- Lead and support cross-functional strategic projects with clear KPIs and milestones
- Provide insights on financial strategy, cash optimization, or tax structuring as required
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders across the business
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy with operations and execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
