AppDynamics Engineer
to lead customer engagements in the planning, design, and implementation of Cisco solutions. This senior role requires deep expertise in application instrumentation and performance monitoring, with a focus on
AppDynamics.

As a trusted consultant, you will work closely with customer operations and Cisco teams to deliver high-value solutions, ensure optimal application performance, and drive successful technology transitions.
Based in Jeddah
, you will take a leadership role in delivery projects, mentoring others and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technology Leadership
  • Drive design, implementation, and optimization of Cisco solutions.
  • Support presales activities by translating business requirements into solution designs.
  • Lead execution of delivery projects, ensuring quality and alignment to customer outcomes.
  • Customer Engagement & Problem Resolution
  • Collaborate extensively with customer operations, Cisco account teams, and partners.
  • Build and leverage test environments to validate and resolve highly complex issues.
  • Act as focal point for resolving major customer problems across diverse technologies.
  • Project Delivery & Knowledge Sharing
  • Create, review, and approve deliverables including High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs, and Change Management Plans.
  • Capture best practices and innovative methodologies developed in the field and share them with the wider team.
  • Deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfers to enhance customer capabilities.
  • AppDynamics Expertise
  • Instrument and monitor complex applications using AppDynamics.
  • Configure and customize Health Rules, Alerts, and Dashboards to track application health and performance.
  • Gather technical requirements from customer teams and ensure successful implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (master's preferred).
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in consulting or engineering roles.
  • Deep technical expertise in at least one core language environment (
    Java, .NET, NodeJS, or PHP
    ).
  • Proven hands-on experience with
    AppDynamics instrumentation, configuration, and customization
    .
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with customer and internal teams.
  • AppDynamics
    Certified Implementation Professional (
    ACIP
    ) certification required;
    ITIL
    is a plus.
