We are seeking a qualified Architect with strong experience in design and design development . The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience , including at least 3 years within engineering consultancy firms .
This is a full-time office-based position , focused on developing architectural designs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations throughout the design process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs through all project stages from concept to detailed design.
- Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings and documentation using Revit within a BIM environment .
- Create high-quality 3D models and visual presentations using 3ds Max and SketchUp .
- Ensure all designs comply with the Saudi Building Code and relevant municipal regulations .

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

- Proven experience in architectural design and design development.
- Strong proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD , SketchUp , 3ds Max , and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination across disciplines.
- Solid understanding of the Saudi Building Code and local authority regulations.

- Performs a variety of assignments such as conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing related reports.
- Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers.
- Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
- Interfaces with suppliers as required.
- Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site.
- Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.
- Provides the seal and signature of a professional architect when required by statute or contract.
- Provides technical guidance to Architectural Designer/Drafters working on the same project.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or equivalent) is required with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Licensed Architect
- Proficiency in Revit or other software packages typically associated with architectural design is also required.
- Acumen for reviewing designs and construction plans to meet codes, budgets, and schedules
