**Job Description:**

**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Review the scope of engineering work, schedules, and budgets for the assigned project elements, monitoring progress to maintain those schedules and budgets.
+ Identifies and documents changes in scope.
+ Assists in determining the scope of procurement work, schedules, and budgets for the assigned projects, monitoring progress to maintain those procurements.
+ Assists in bid analysis to help determine supplier availability and capability.
+ Coordinates with other personnel from all technical support groups within the Company and from third parties.
+ Assists the assigned Project Manager in planning, directing, supervision, and controlling the execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project or study.
+ Ensures client criteria and scope are met.
+ Participates regularly in decision-making meetings with the client, design consultant and contractors.
+ Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
+ Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
