Our ultimate goal is to provide access to the best teachers to every student even if that teacher is only available virtually. We believe we can do this if we blend AI, peer-to-peer learning, and a carefully designed physical space.

Office: This role is full-time and Riyadh-based.

About the role:

We’re looking for an entry to mid-level B2B Data/Business Analyst to join our team! This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with data from multiple external partners—NGOs, mentors, and clients—to ensure quality, deliver insights, and support reporting needs for new ventures and contracts.

You’ll be at the intersection of data, business, and operations: making sure data is clean, reliable, and presented in a way that drives decisions. From creating dashboards to preparing billing and invoice reports, your work will help both internal stakeholders and external partners trust and act on our data.

This role is flexible: you’ll collaborate in person with ops and partnerships teams in the office on some days, while also having the flexibility to work from home on other days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own B2B Data Quality: Monitor, validate, and maintain data accuracy from multiple sources (internal systems, NGOs, and partner data feeds).
  • Support New Ventures: Tackle ad-hoc data tasks for pilot programs and new partnerships, ensuring data readiness from day one.
  • Integrate NGO Data: Process and structure new NGO datasets, making them usable and reliable for business needs.
  • Contract & Billing Support: Prepare data-driven reports for new contracts and maintain Takaful billing reports and invoice-related reporting.
  • Visualisation & Dashboards: Build clear, actionable dashboards for B2B stakeholders, mentors, and NGO partners using BI tools.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work with business, operations, and partnerships teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience working with data (analytics, reporting, or quality), ideally in a B2B or partnership-heavy environment.
  • Hands-on SQL skills: comfortable writing queries to explore and validate data.
  • Experience with BI/visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented: you notice inconsistencies in data and care about accuracy.
  • Business-minded: you can connect data to real-world needs like contracts, billing, and partner reporting.
  • Strong communication skills: able to explain data insights and issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bonus:

  • Have experience working with external partner data (NGOs, B2B clients, or government data).
  • Have exposure to financial reporting (billing, invoicing, or contract performance).
  • Are comfortable with tools like Excel/Google Sheets for quick analysis and reporting.

Why work at Noon?

  • Solving the Biggest Problem in Education: We’re addressing the most important and challenging issue in the sector—scaling star teachers and making learning fun.
  • Innovation at a Global Scale: Noon leads in edtech innovation; we are not a copycat. We pioneer new ways to deliver world-class education.
  • Solid Financial Footing: We have turned profitable and we’re well-funded.
  • International Exposure: Join a dynamic, internationally diverse team that encourages personal development.
  • Mission & Values Driven: We aim to provide equitable access to world-class education.
