**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Design Integration Manager to join our team! In this role you will lead the integration of all design disciplines (civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, MEP, and architectural) to ensure a cohesive, fully coordinated design package.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Act as the central point of contact for all design teams, facilitating communication between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address issues, align priorities, and resolve conflicts.
+ Oversee the development and maintenance of a **master design schedule** , ensuring that all disciplines are aligned with project milestones and timelines.

+ Ensure that sustainability and environmental considerations are integrated into the design process, working with the design teams to incorporate energy-efficient, green building solutions where appropriate.
+ Encourage innovative design solutions that support project goals, including cost savings, operational efficiency, and cutting-edge technologies.
+ Ensure the design meets applicable sustainability certifications (e.g., **LEED** , **BREEAM** ) and incorporates resilient, long-lasting materials and systems.
+ Monitor and manage the design integration budget, ensuring all disciplines remain within financial constraints while meeting design requirements.
+ Optimize resource allocation to support timely completion of design tasks, minimizing delays while maintaining a high standard of work.
+ Work closely with project managers to forecast and allocate resources to meet project demands.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
+ Professional certifications (e.g., Chartered Engineer (CEng), LEED AP, Project Management Professional (PMP)) are highly desirable.
+ Minimum of 15 years of experience in design integration or project management, with significant experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, especially in airports, transportation hubs, or commercial facilities.
+ Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary design teams and integrating complex design requirements across various disciplines.
+ Expertise in project management, design coordination, and integration, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

JASARA Program Management Company (JASARA PMC), a joint venture between Saudi Aramco, Jacobs, and Public Investment Fund (PIF), is currently seeking a Senior Manager Integration & Interface to join their team. ResponsibilitiesThe following provides a summary of essential duties and responsibilities applicable to the role:
- Manage Project integration, notably the interfaces and dependencies between and within the Program's Projects themselves, as well as the integration between the Project's and the supporting functions
- Manage the interdependencies across Projects, within the Projects and the supporting functions within the project
- Ensure project integration and interface plans are considered and captured as part of the design development process
- Develop and implement system engineering management plan and manage project and asset lifecycle activities including systems engineering, requirements management, verification and validation
- Develop a construction phasing and handover plans for the Project to ensure work packages are appropriately phased to suit the Project's construction requirements and the operation teams' requirements
- Identify Project interfaces and interdependencies to enable comprehensive collaboration and seamless construction phasing without hindering any design and construction work
- Identify and manage critical interdependencies and gaps in scope ownership between Projects
- Oversee all aspects of Project integration and interface management to enable the various elements of the Program to be properly coordinated
- Identify scope gaps, conflicts, errors, and problems that may exist in the rights, duties, responsibilities and scope identified within and between the various design, procurement and construction Projects and contracts
- Work closely with delivery teams in the development of construction methodologies, delivery plans and integrated program
- Manage all interfaces between the various contracts and assets that exist or will exist
- Perform design reviews of technical drawings, technical documentation and specifications
- Manage review and acceptance of Contractor and Consultant deliverables with respect to integration and interface scope
- Manage the testing and commissioning process
- Coordinate and facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues related to integration and interfaces
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and procedures
- Utilize project management tools and systems to support integration and interface activities
- Bachelor's degree in civil, Electrical, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on integration & interface management and systems engineering
- Proven experience in successfully managing complex integration and interface challenges
- Proven experience in systems engineering and requirements management, verification & validation
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Construction industry experience is preferred
