We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to lead ERP projects for our clients. This role will also cover managing and administering our company’s internal Odoo environment.
You will act as the primary advisor and lead consultant, guiding clients through their digital transformation with Odoo, especially in the Accounting module and other business areas.
Responsibilities- Work directly with clients to analyze, automate and document business processes
- Lead functional implementation of Odoo across Accounting, HR, Sales, Inventory, CRM, Projects, and more
- Design workflows and prepare functional specifications for customizations
- Implement solutions via Odoo Studio or by coordinating with developers (designing, managing, testing)
- Deliver training sessions and ensure client teams are confident using Odoo
- Act as the main Odoo admin for our internal company environment
- Serve as the lead consultant across multiple Odoo projects, not just a single client
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Odoo Functional Certification preferred
- Additional certifications are a plus: CPA / CMA (accounting), PMP / Agile / PRINCE2 (project management), or ITIL (IT service management)
- 5+ years in Odoo functional consulting or ERP implementation roles
- Strong expertise in the Accounting module and deep knowledge of Odoo functional areas
- At least 2 full Odoo implementation lifecycles delivered successfully
- Hands-on experience working with clients in education, services, or similar industries is a plus
