1. Plant Inspection: Define inspection schedules for plant rotating as well as stationary equipment and review the data collected by Inspection Engineers. Assess residual life of equipment and advise for life extension and replacement requirements.
2. Major Shutdown Inspection: Plan the inspection activities during the major shutdown of the plant in line with the OEM requirements and develop an inspection database. Conduct/witness inspections and recommend corrective measures to maintenance. Record compliance.
