ResponsibilitiesHexagon’s Asset Lifecyle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to oversee and grow strategic client relationships within our Utility & Communication (U&C) division. This role requires deep knowledge of utilities and communications solutions (e.g., Hexagon U&C, CAD oriented, GE SmallWorld, VertiGIS, IQGeo and SunVision) , strong client relationship management skills, and a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal delivery teams and client stakeholders to ensure value realization and business growth.
- Responsible for U&C business growth in KSA and Bahrain.
- Act as the primary point of contact for New/Existing clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and align U&C strategies to support those goals.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive account planning, relationship building, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor and report on account performance, customer health, and revenue forecasts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on industry best practices in asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in account management, with at least 3 years in utilities, communications, or related enterprise software.
- Knowledge of U&C platforms such as Hexagon U&C, CAD oriented, GE SmallWorld, VertiGIS, IQGeo and SunVision , or similar solutions.
- Proven success in acquiring new accounts and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel as required.

موعد اونلاين هي منصة متخصصة بعرض وتصنيف جميع عيادات الجمال، من عيادات اسنان، تجميل، ليزر، بوتكس، فيلر، تخسيس .الخ. موعد اونلاين تساعد عملاء هذه المراكز بالوصول الى العروض الخاصة بهم من خلال فلتر يسهل على العميل الوصول الى اقرب مركز والحصول على العروض وحجز المواعيد. نحن نبحث عن مدير حسابات مبيعات ديناميكي وقائم على النتائج للانضمام إلى فريقنا في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن تطوير علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها، ودفع نمو المبيعات، وتحقيق أهداف الإيرادات من خلال تقديم حلول مصممة خصيصاً لتلبية احتياجات عملائنا.
Responsibilities- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط المبيعات الاستراتيجية لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتجاوزها.
- تحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة والتنقيب عنها وتأمينها ضمن المناطق المخصصة لها
- بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء الرئيسيين وتعزيزها من خلال فهم أهداف أعمالهم ومتطلباتهم
- إجراء عروض توضيحية وعروض تقديمية فعالة للمنتجات لعرض حلولنا
- التفاوض على اتفاقيات المبيعات وإبرامها، مع ضمان رضا العملاء وولائهم.
- مراقبة اتجاهات السوق وأنشطة المنافسين وتعليقات العملاء لتكييف الاستراتيجيات
- التعاون مع فرق العمل متعددة الوظائف لتوفير حلول مخصصة وحل مشكلات العملاء.
- إعداد تقارير وتوقعات المبيعات المنتظمة وتقديمها للإدارة لمراجعتها
- البقاء على اطلاع دائم باتجاهات الصناعة وتطورات المنتجات لتقديم توصيات مستنيرة للعملاء
- خبرة مثبتة كمدير حسابات مبيعات أو في دور مبيعات مماثل
- فهم قوي لتقنيات المبيعات وإدارة علاقات العملاء
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض والتفاوض
- قدرة مثبتة على بناء علاقات مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها
- سجل حافل في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات أو تجاوزها
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على تفسير بيانات المبيعات ومعلومات السوق
- إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس
- مهارات ممتازة في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتعاوني في بيئة سريعة الخطى
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (يفضل)
- الإلمام بثقافة العمل في جدة والمملكة العربية السعودية
- الاستعداد للسفر داخل المنطقة المعينة حسب الحاجة.
