المهام الرئيسية:

• إعداد وتحديث جداول المشاريع التفصيلية باستخدام Primavera P6.
• متابعة التقدم ورفع تقارير دورية إلى فريق المشروع والإدارة.
• تحديد التأخيرات والمسارات الحرجة واقتراح خطط بديلة.
• التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة، والمشتريات، والتنفيذ لضمان توافق الجدول الزمني.
• التأكد من توافق التخطيط مع المتطلبات التعاقدية وتوقعات العميل.

• Develop and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 .
• Monitor project progress and generate regular reports for the project team and management.
• Identify delays and critical paths, and propose alternative recovery plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to ensure schedule alignment.
• Ensure planning is in line with contractual requirements and client expectations.

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص مشابه.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في تخطيط مشاريع البنية التحتية والمرافق.
• خبرة إلزامية في مشاريع شركة المياه الوطنية (NWC) أو عقودها.
• إجادة العمل على Primavera P6 وتطبيقات MS Office.
• مهارات قوية في التواصل، وكتابة التقارير، وحل المشكلات.
• معرفة بأنظمة العمل والتنظيمات السعودية لمشاريع البنية التحتية.
• شهادة PMI-SP أو PMP تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
• يجب أن يكون لديه إقامة قابلة للنقل داخل المملكة.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure and utilities project planning.
• Mandatory experience in National Water Company (NWC) projects or contracts.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office applications .
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Saudi regulations and procedures for infrastructure projects.
• PMI-SP or PMP certification is a plus.
• Must have a transferable Iqama within the Kingdom.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multidisciplinary design teams in complex project environments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure systems, urban planning, and landscape integration principles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and complex stakeholder environments.
• Extensive experience delivering projects within GCC or similar regional contexts.
