Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in sectors such as oil & gas, marine, mining, petrochemicals, construction, and manufacturing.
Conduct field visits to client sites, factories, and workshops to understand their hydraulic needs and offer tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver quotations and technical/commercial proposals in coordination with the workshop and sales support teams.
Build strong, long-term relationships with procurement officers, engineers, and decision-makers.
Provide after-sales support, ensure timely follow-up, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Strong knowledge of hydraulic components (pumps, cylinders, seals, valves) and repair solutions.

Valid Saudi driving license required.

بناء علاقات قوية وطويلة الأمد مع مسؤولي المشتريات والمهندسين وصناع القرار.
تقديم دعم ما بعد البيع، وضمان المتابعة في الوقت المناسب، وحل أي مشكلات لضمان علاقة مثمرة مع العميل.
التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية (الورشة، المستودع، اللوجستيات، المبيعات الداخلية) لتنفيذ الطلبات ضمن الجداول الزمنية.
إدخال بيانات العملاء و التعامل معها والاستفادة منها والاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لأنشطة المبيعات والعملاء باستخدام أدوات إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والربع سنوية عبر منتجات وخدمات الشركة.
مراقبة أنشطة المنافسين واتجاهات الأسعار وتطورات المنتجات لدعم موقع الشركة في السوق.
الترويج لبيع خدمات أو مكونات إضافية (مثل قطع غيار الهدروليك ، الفلاتر، الإكسسوارات، الموانع ، الصيانة) لزيادة قيمة مشتريات العميل.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الصناعية أو مجال المبيعات الفنية.
خبرة لا تقل عن 4 إلى 5 سنوات في المبيعات الميدانية في القطاعات الصناعية أو الهيدروليكية في المنطقة الشرقية في السعودية
معرفة قوية بمكونات الهيدروليك (المضخات، الأسطوانات، الموانع، الصمامات) وخدمات الإصلاح.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض وحل المشكلات.
