- Assists the Superintendent by providing input to identify key success factors, timing of procurement deliverables, and establishing common work breakdown structures.

Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented Account Manager - Kitchen Equipment Maintenance. The role will be hybrid in structure. The ideal candidate is based in Seattle, WA.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the client relationship owner and governance lead for all work being performed through Compass Group’s Kitchen Equipment Services (KES).
- Lead the customer account planning cycle, working in tandem with other ESFM client delivery stakeholders.
- Facilitate strategic action planning and initiatives, including identification, conceptualizing, and implementation of those initiatives, resulting in stronger partnerships and total client satisfaction.
- Work closely with Client Services Team Lead to direct business to achieve high performance as measured by the client and/or company’s scorecard.
- Lead and participate in strategic planning meetings.
- Prioritize account activity incorporating operational input/monthly meetings with identified stakeholders.
- Maintain and expand relationships that ensure sectors are aligned and strategically focused on key business lines; successfully build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Achieve client contracted KPIs and assigned strategic account objectives.
- Own accountability for accurate reporting for the account.
- Work with other Service Center leadership to ensure that the proper resources are allocated to the account work.
- Formulate account budgets and plans for the account team operations in collaboration with other NSC leaders.

- Conduct value improvement process and operational reviews with the Director of Service Center Operations.
- Develop multi-level client contacts and lead operations in developing account retention strategies.
- Provide high-integrity feedback to operations and follow up on action plans.
- Participate in re-bid processes for contract extensions and renegotiations.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) including financial, performance, and opportunity reviews.
- Conduct weekly flash reporting including forecasting, budgeting, and budget management.
- 3-5 years of experience in IFM serving in a client-facing role on an account team, in procurement, finance, operations, or a related field.
- Understanding of managing multiple facilities services for operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Some knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze and present complex business reviews to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment for decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
