Job PurposeResponsible for overseeing and managing the daily operational activities related to inbound, outbound, storage of the product. Logistics coordinator shall plan, manage and coordinate the activities of employees assigned to the operations section either directly or through subordinate managers and supervisors to ensure goals and objectives are met.
Key AccountabilitiesOperational
- Create and maintain contact with operations team, other departments and to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- STOs, Transfers and GRNs Orders processing in the SAP as per the planning, procurement, supplier, and sales request.
- Coordinate between operations team, office and supplier and other department to resolve queries.
- To work closely with the team with full respect to channel of authority and instructions.
- Adhere to work procedures set by the company.
- Ensure proper completion of inbound and outbound documentation.
- Tracking and consolidating data for management reporting.
- Ensure accuracy of all transactions made for the inbound completely, STO and transfers.
- Collate and analyse the logistics operations performance results.
- Monitor and maintain the operations KPI instruments for all functions.
- Analysing logistical problems and producing new solutions.
- Plan and deliver communications in an impactful, persuasive, and tactful way.
- Issue all transfers within the main DC and branches (KSA).
- Control transfer of products and ensure accurate delivery.
- Apply Receiving and Transferring processes as per our SOPs, QMS and GDP.
- Immediate removal of quarantined items (Damaged & Expired) based on official documentation.
- Keep logs and records of assigned tasks, warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
- Conduct a random stock count from time to time for accuracy.
- Ensure accurate and professional archiving system.
- Ensure positioning of products in its correct location on shelves as per the SAP-WM system.
- Performs other duties and takes responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Diploma and above.
Minimum Experience: 1-2 years.
Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook, and SAP knowledge are preferable. Must have a good English reading/ writing. Must have a good communication skill.
