In cooperation with the HR Manager and local Head of Operations, ensures correct implementation of customized guidelines for the Country. Performance areas Responsibilities- Recruitment
- Assisting the HR Manager in the Recruitment of local staff in cooperation with Ops. Managers and Store Managers, including advertising, planning of recruitment and writing of contracts.

- Ensure relevant training is available to staff, including HACCP-course, sales training
- Ensure that all new members of staff are given a thorough induction to the company, cashier procedures, and airport security.
