**Responsibilities/Authorities**

**CUSTOMER SIDE**
- A minimum of 0-1 years of progressive business and consulting experience in

Telecommunication landscape
- Should be an Industry/business oriented person from the telecom industry
- Solid experience in Digital Transformation, Omnichannel, Digital Decoupling (e.g.

Governance, PMO, Delivery coordination)
- Key experience should be in Business Development in the telecommunication

industry OR Client Relationship Management in this industry as well as

Technology firms in the domestic market
- Should have an understanding and experience of technology especially

hardware/software that shall be relevant for CMT clients

**Key Competencies & Characteristics -**
- Identifying Accenture's existing service offerings that can be leveraged
- Understanding of the business functions and processes within the industry
- Identifying emerging market and industry trends and issues, potential game

changers to the current business models for CMT clients
- Deal Shaper - Good understanding of match making, exploiting established

alliances and adding new ones as appropriate
- Arabic Speaking

**Bonus points if**:

- MBA or graduate-level degree in related field
- Background in individual and/or organizational psychology, behavioral science or clinical psychology
- Strong organization and workforce analytics skills (e.g., individual and organizational assessments)
- Experience with using a scientific approach (i.e., hypothesis, test, measure, iterate) to test behavior change initiatives
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
