  • Graduate Degree of diploma in HR or related fields

**Position Overview**

Based at BanoPuratos in Saudi Arabia, we are currently seeking a:
**HR Generalist**

(Riyadh)

Assist in Developing the Human Environment enabling to reach set goals and objectives or the HR Department.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Responsible of various HR plans and procedures across BanoPuratos KSA
- Assist in developing department goals, objectives and systems
- Involve in the compensation & benefits processes, being responsible for disbursement and monitoring employees’ allowances in coordination with the Human Resources Manager and as per company’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure that data on the payroll and HR systems is always UpToDate.
- Responsible for payroll inputs, matters, Leave management across BanoPuratos KSA.
- Responsible for the medical insurance to be provided on time and as per eligibility criteria.
- Assist in the preparation and the execution of annual events and learning & development programs across BanoPuratos KSA.
- Prepare monthly payroll report and identify monthly payroll differences.
- Assist in developing training plans, HR budget, and special events.
- Ensure all employees’ work permit are renewed on time.

**Profile**
- Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Capacity to listen, reflect and treat people’s expectations and issues.
- Should be people oriented and open for new suggestions and ideas
- Should have good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
