- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the development of effective recruitment strategies with minimal reliance on external search agencies.

Your Skills & QualificationsPlease note: This position is open to Saudi nationals in accordance with local labour regulations.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Strong experience in talent acquisition with proven success in executing effective recruitment strategies.
- A bachelor’s degree; relevant experience in a specialized HR function may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience in international pharma company or recruitment agency is nice to have.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders, leading without authority.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively to inform decision-making.
