Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organisational Psychology or equivalent • Around 10-15 years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 5-8 years’ experience in managerial roles • Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with the ability to think holistically • Previous experience of working for a construction company in a multicultural environment • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic • Due to our client’s ongoing commitment to Saudization, they are only seeking Saudi nationals, with good knowledge of local Saudi employment laws and procedures

Job Purpose
Providing support to the HR department through the implementation of HR policies, procedures and processes, as well as other support tasks in recruitment, and departmental administration, to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of various functions within the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
