We are seeking a tech savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong understanding of ATS and AI-driven recruitment tools to join our HR team.

You will play a key role in headhunting top-tier hospitality professionals optimizing recruitment pipelines and helping shape the future of talent at our leading F&B and entertainment group.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent aligned with SIHAMCO's vision and objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, headhunting or recruitment in the F&B and hospitality sector.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment leadership or team management role, with a focus on results and accountability.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (eg Workable, Greenhouse, Manatal etc)
  • Knowledge of AI tools used in recruitment (eg ChatGPT, LinkedIn AI features, Resume screening software)
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong understanding of ATS and AI-driven recruitment tools to join our HR team. You will play a key role in headhunting top-tier hospitality professionals, optimizing recruitment pipelines, and shaping the future talent at our leading F&B and entertainment group.

    Responsibilities

    1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with SIHAMCO's vision.
    2. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
    3. Enhance employer branding through job ad writing and digital presence.
    4. Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Laws and best hiring practices.
    5. Source, attract, and engage top talent across hospitality, F&B, and entertainment sectors via various channels.
    6. Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage candidate evaluations.
    7. Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for current and future needs.
    8. Provide positive candidate experiences with timely communication and feedback.
    9. Analyze recruitment metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
    10. Lead weekly pipeline reviews and performance check-ins to meet hiring goals and SLAs.

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
    3. Minimum of 5+ years in talent acquisition, headhunting, or recruitment within F&B and hospitality sectors.
    4. At least 2 years in a recruitment leadership or team management role, focused on results.
    5. Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, Manatal).
    6. Knowledge of AI tools used in recruitment (e.g., ChatGPT, LinkedIn AI features, Resume screening software).
    7. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
    8. Experience in hospitality and F&B hiring is a significant advantage.
    9. Skilled in employer branding and digital recruitment campaigns.
