We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional to join their organisation in Jeddah as the HR Director
Reporting to Managing Director & Group HR Director
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure implementation of Labor Office/ Group/ Company HR and Admin Policies and regulations
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the human resource function (Recruitment, Training, Personnel , Administration, Performance Management, HR ERP)
• Provide accurate reports on time
• Ensure all company facilities, government documentations (CRs, registrations, etc) are updated and in compliance with government regulations
• Participate in the development of the group/ company plans and programs as a strategic partner but particularly from the perspective of the impact on employees
• Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans
• Enhance/ improve work environment and company culture
• Manage the budget and other financial measures of the Human Resources Department

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering or other similar field
• 8 years’ experience

• Excellent in MS applications
• Oracle HR knowledge is plus
• Excellent English & Arabic communication skills
