Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building a full HRMS from the ground up, covering end-to-end system design, development, and implementation.
- Contribute to the development and execution of internal Human Resources Management services for Setup.sa.
- Guide the drafting and review of employment contracts and legal HR documentation, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor law and best practices.
- Possess a strong understanding of HRDF support programs and their application.
- Consult on the execution of services on portals and programs of: “Nitaqat”, “Qiwa”, “GOSI”, “mudad”, Saudization and hiring nationals.
- Responsible for de veloping HR templates, documents and letters, including offer letters, end-of-employment letters, warning letters, promotion letters, salary adjustment letters, resignation acceptance letters, performance appraisal forms, and other key HR documents.
- Support the utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR database platforms, and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes, track candidate progress, and manage employee data effectively.
- Establish policies and systems for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately, including employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and other legal forms.
- Utilize software tools and platforms to analyze performance and HR data, leveraging HR analytics to drive insights and corrective actions
- Advise on best practices for employee relations, conflict resolution, and issue management to maintain a positive and compliant workplace environment.
- Assist in the design and implementation of Saudization compliance programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience of 10+ years in Human Resources Management at major companies.
- Full understanding of Saudi Labor Law.
- Experience in HR legal matters, Saudi labor law, hiring, compensation and benefits
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Native-level proficiency in Arabic.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.

Key Duties, Responsibility & Accountabilities (key activities and decisions for which only this role is accountable):

Perform job evaluation and grading using appropriate job evaluation tools and methodologies, develop benchmark jobs and job evaluation references to validate and support job evaluation decisions.
10. Maintain Company’s job evaluation system, and the provision of job placements for all Company’s positions.
11. Participate actively in the job evaluation review projects and initiatives and coordinate all related activities, including, but not limited to, arranging and conducting job evaluation review meetings, collecting data and documentation, validating job evaluation outcomes and providing job evaluation training.
12. Participate in periodic compensation surveys conducted by independent third parties, including matching and mapping jobs, gathering data and assisting in development and evaluation of job profiles.
13. Develop and maintain the Company’s Technical & Professional Career Ladders to provide a systematic basis for potential career growth and advancement at the company, and assist the Training and Career Development Division to identify main competencies for all jobs.
14. Liaise with the external consultants and third parties appointed by the Company to carryout organization design, job description or job evaluation projects.
15. Act as a coach to other HR Department personnel with regards to organization design, job analysis, job description and job evaluation activities.

Requirements
Degree:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum Experience (technical, functional, and/or leadership experience required):
Six (6) years of experience in Organization Design and Job Evaluation, of which at least Two (2) years in a similar position.
