- Acts as an expert house during the project phases through sketching and crafting toolkit based on the client’s unique values. Moreover, translates business goals into organization design practices and initiatives through implementing appropriate assessment methodologies to upgrade HR maturity level score. Besides that, Acts as a change catalyst by leading the transformation process as well acts as a mentor through conducting workshops and development sessions for the client’s team to minimize the gap and support the implementation of project activities.
- Designs road map to translate client’s philosophy and strategy into organization design activities & interventions.
- Translates road map into project sprints and activities to be done across the project lifecycle.
- Creates and agrees with the client regarding the project charter that outlines all project deliverables, phases, scope, and resources.
- Translates project charter into backlog and sprints that show deliverables in each phase.

- In Alignment with the project manager, translates project plan into work activities to be implemented across the project phases.
- Implements studies of environmental scanning “Internal & External” through identifying indicators that affects operating models at the client’s organization.
- Assess client’s HR infrastructure by using HR Maturity model to identify current practices implemented in the organization to identify areas of development.
- Identify and create a strategy house according to the project scope and need as well to be translated into organization design principles and Operating models whether at an organization or HR level.
- Craft business methodologies according to client’s requirements, data, size, type, and scope to upgrade their infrastructure maturity level.
- Translates organization strategy into organization operating models as well defines the needed practices that support the model.
- Based on the Client’s needs, designs and develops HR Practices such as “Organization structure, structure mandate, Job designs, etc. ”
- Design implementation tools that will be done by project team during execution phases in the project lifecycle.
- Revise with client results values delivered in each phase.
- Send by the end of each phase accreditation of the final output for each sprint.
- Communicate with the client to ensure understanding of the needs and requirements needed to be fulfilled as well as build long-lasting relationships with them.
